“UNION”
Union is a layered transmission of symbolism and energetic gestures that came from an intimate breathwork practice: a dance with spaciousness.
I felt organs gently lifting beyond my physical form. Interior walls transforming into familiar, familial shapes. Sits bones anchoring. Cellular scanning. Womb widening. Archetypes growling and hissing. All contained within symmetrical motion.

Allow the hands to pull you into the dark inner liquid. Home to authentic safety, wisdom, discernment, and remembering your true essence. The light and shadow of your guides flow within. Infinite possibilities. You embody the lioness, the bear, the owl, and the whale.

“IN TOUCH”
During a breathwork session I was asked to place a hand on my heart and a hand on my low belly while we imagined calling in fragmented pieces of energy back into the body.
It was so simple, and a total epiphany. The combination of intention, breath and touch gifted me with spaciousness and loving awareness. I felt my power returning, and relief from unconscious holding.
I received tiny visions, flickering and dissolving in and out of my fiery light.
